Junior Network or NOC Support

Qualification:

CCNA R&S cleared (Network Courses Preferred)

Work Responsibilities:

• Network monitoring, support, and administration experience, preferably from the ISP industry.
• Ability to work in teams and independently with candid professional attitude and excellent analytical skills.
• Willing to work in shifts environment (24x7).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with focused and result-oriented personality.
• Strong concepts of IP routing & network designing.
• Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
• Perform routine monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Proactively identify, diagnose, analyze and troubleshoot issues with layer two.
• Install new hardware or components, while ensuring with existing network system
• Work with and mentor team members through professional behavior and knowledge sharing
• Communicating with customers on helpline.
